Your Agreement with kuo9

1 Introduction

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "You") and kuo9 ("kuo9", "We", "Us", "Our"), the operator of the online betting and casino platform accessible at https://kuo9.io (the "Platform"). kuo9 is an internationally operated platform providing sports betting, live casino, slot games, and fishing games to eligible players in the Bangladesh market.

By registering an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or otherwise accessing any feature of the kuo9 Platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms in full. These Terms apply to all products and services available on the Platform, including but not limited to cricket betting, live casino games, slot machines, and fishing game titles.

These Terms should be read in conjunction with kuo9's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated herein by reference and form part of this Agreement.

2 Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:

• "Account" means a registered kuo9 player account created by an eligible individual in accordance with Section 4 of these Terms.
• "Balance" means the total of real-money funds held in a Player's kuo9 Account wallet at any given time, denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).
• "Bonus Funds" means promotional credits, free bet credits, or other non-cash incentives credited to a Player's Account as part of a kuo9 promotion.
• "Platform" means the kuo9 website, mobile browser interface, and all associated products, services, and features accessible at https://kuo9.io.
• "Real Money Wager" means a bet or game stake placed using real BDT funds held in a Player's Account Balance (as distinct from Bonus Funds).
• "Wagering Requirement" means the minimum total value of Real Money Wagers a Player must place before Bonus Funds or bonus-derived winnings become eligible for withdrawal.
• "Restricted Activity" means any action listed in Section 9 (Prohibited Conduct) of these Terms.
• "BDT" means Bangladeshi Taka, the currency in which all kuo9 Account balances are denominated and all transactions are processed.

3 Eligibility

To be eligible to register and maintain a kuo9 Account, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the Platform:

• You are at least 21 years of age.
• You are accessing the Platform as an individual acting on your own behalf, not as a representative of a corporate entity or third party.
• You are not prohibited from using online betting services under any applicable law or regulation in your jurisdiction.
• You are not a current or former employee, contractor, director, or officer of kuo9 or any affiliated entity, nor are you an immediate family member of any such person.
• You have not previously had a kuo9 Account closed, suspended, or terminated for breach of these Terms.
• You are not accessing the Platform via a VPN, proxy, or similar service in order to circumvent geographic or access restrictions.

kuo9 reserves the right to request documentary evidence of age and identity at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents will result in Account suspension pending review. Accounts found to belong to players under the age of 21 will be closed immediately and all funds forfeited.

4 Account Registration

4.1 Single Account Policy

Each player is permitted to hold exactly one registered Account on the kuo9 Platform. The creation of duplicate, secondary, or multiple accounts by any single individual — regardless of the email address, payment method, or device used — is strictly prohibited. kuo9 employs technical and manual review processes to detect multi-accounting. Where duplicate accounts are identified, all accounts associated with the same individual will be suspended, all balances will be frozen pending investigation, and any bonus funds will be voided.

4.2 Registration Information

When registering an Account, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid email address. You agree to keep this information up to date at all times. kuo9 is not liable for any issues arising from inaccurate or outdated Account information provided by the Player.

4.3 Account Verification (KYC)

kuo9 operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. You may be required to submit one or more of the following documents before a withdrawal is processed or if kuo9 has reasonable grounds to request verification:

• A government-issued photo identification document (National ID card, passport, or driving licence).
• Proof of residential address dated within the past three months (utility bill, bank statement, or official correspondence).
• Proof of ownership of the payment method used (e.g., screenshot of bKash or Nagad account showing your registered name and number).

kuo9 aims to complete standard KYC verification within 48 hours of receiving complete documentation. Until verification is complete, withdrawal requests may be held pending review.

4.4 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your Account login credentials, including your username, password, and any SMS OTP codes sent to your registered mobile number. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. kuo9 will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel. If you suspect that your Account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must contact kuo9 support immediately.

5 Deposits & Withdrawals

5.1 Supported Payment Methods

kuo9 supports the following BDT payment methods for deposits and withdrawals: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, and City Bank. All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka. kuo9 does not charge fees for standard deposits or withdrawals, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.

5.2 Minimum and Maximum Limits

The minimum deposit amount is ৳500. Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits vary by payment method and are displayed at the point of withdrawal request. kuo9 reserves the right to adjust these limits from time to time and will publish updated limits within the Platform.

5.3 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests to bKash and Nagad mobile wallets are typically processed within minutes during standard operating hours. Withdrawals to bank accounts may take up to two business days. Processing times may be extended where KYC verification is pending or where a withdrawal is subject to additional security review. kuo9 does not accept third-party deposits or withdrawals. All transactions must be made between kuo9 and payment accounts registered in the name of the Account holder.

5.4 Own Funds Only

You may only deposit funds that you personally own and are legally entitled to use. The use of credit obtained from third parties, the proceeds of criminal activity, or funds belonging to another person is strictly prohibited. kuo9 reserves the right to request proof of the source of funds deposited into any Account.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

6.1 General Bonus Conditions

kuo9 offers various promotional bonuses to eligible players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free bets, and cashback offers. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions communicated at the time the offer is presented. In the event of any conflict between specific bonus terms and these general Terms, the specific bonus terms take precedence.

6.2 Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds credited to your Account are subject to a wagering requirement before they or any winnings derived from them can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier for each bonus will be stated clearly in the bonus offer details. Real Money Wagers count towards wagering requirements; Bonus Funds do not self-qualify. Wagers placed on certain game categories or with certain minimum odds may be excluded from wagering requirement contribution — these exclusions will be stated in the specific bonus terms.

6.3 Bonus Abuse

kuo9 takes bonus integrity seriously. The following activities are considered bonus abuse and will result in the voiding of all associated bonus funds and potential Account closure:

• Opening multiple accounts to claim the same bonus more than once.
• Placing offsetting bets (hedging) with the purpose of reducing risk while meeting wagering requirements.
• Coordinating with other players to abuse a bonus collectively.
• Using automated software or bots to place bets for the purpose of bonus clearing.

6.4 Bonus Expiry

Unless otherwise stated in the specific bonus terms, all bonus funds expire 30 days after being credited to an Account. Expired bonus funds are forfeited without notice. It is the Player's responsibility to monitor the expiry status of any active bonuses in their Account.

7 Sports Betting Rules

7.1 Bet Acceptance

All bets placed on the kuo9 Platform are subject to acceptance by kuo9. kuo9 reserves the right to refuse, void, or limit any bet at its sole discretion without being required to provide a reason. A bet is only confirmed when you receive a bet confirmation reference number. Bets that do not receive a confirmation reference have not been accepted.

7.2 Odds and Pricing

Odds displayed on the kuo9 Platform are subject to change until a bet is confirmed. In the event of a manifest pricing error (an odds value that is clearly and materially incorrect due to a technical or human error), kuo9 reserves the right to void bets placed at the erroneous price. Players will be notified of any such void and their stakes returned.

7.3 Event Cancellation and Postponement

If a sports event is cancelled, postponed, or abandoned before its natural conclusion, bets on that event will be governed by kuo9's specific event cancellation rules, which are available within the betting section of the Platform. In general, bets on events that do not reach the minimum time required for a result to stand will be voided and stakes returned.

7.4 In-Play Betting

In-play (live) betting markets are updated in real time. kuo9 uses automated systems to manage in-play markets and there may be brief periods during which markets are suspended. Bets placed after an event outcome has been determined but before the market is officially closed will be voided. kuo9 accepts no liability for any delay in market suspension caused by technical factors.

8 Casino & Game Rules

All casino games, slot titles, and fishing game products available on the kuo9 Platform are provided by third-party game studios including but not limited to Evolution Gaming, Ezugi, Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Microgaming, and Spribe. Each game is governed by the rules specific to that game, which are accessible within the game interface.

8.1 Random Number Generation

All non-live slot and fishing game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) software. kuo9 does not manipulate RNG outcomes. Certified RNG software ensures that each game result is statistically independent of all previous results.

8.2 Disconnection Policy

In the event of a disconnection during a casino game or active bet, kuo9's system will complete the game round in accordance with the game's rules as they stood at the point of disconnection. The result of any completed game round is final. kuo9 accepts no liability for losses incurred as a result of internet disconnections, device failures, or power outages on the Player's side.

8.3 Game Malfunctions

In the event of a verified technical malfunction affecting a game outcome, the affected game round will be voided and the Player's stake returned. kuo9 will not honour winnings generated as a result of a verified game malfunction, regardless of the amount displayed. Decisions made by kuo9 regarding game malfunctions are final.

9 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the kuo9 Platform. Engaging in any Restricted Activity will result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and may result in reporting to law enforcement authorities:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or at any subsequent point.
• Creating or using more than one Account (multi-accounting), or assisting another person to do so.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to place bets or interact with the Platform without human input.
• Exploiting bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in the Platform's software for financial gain. Any winnings obtained through a software exploit will be voided.
• Engaging in match-fixing, event manipulation, or placing bets on the basis of inside information regarding a sporting event.
• Using the Platform to launder money or to process funds derived from criminal activity.
• Colluding with other players or with Platform staff to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Attempting to gain unauthorised access to another player's Account or to any kuo9 internal system.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing behaviour towards kuo9 staff or other players via any communication channel.
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online betting is prohibited, or using a VPN or proxy to circumvent geographic restrictions.

10 Account Suspension & Closure

kuo9 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at any time and for any reason, including but not limited to:

• Suspected breach of these Terms.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Suspected fraudulent activity or use of the Account for money laundering.
• A Player's own request for self-exclusion under the Responsible Gaming Policy.
• A court order, regulatory direction, or law enforcement request.

Where an Account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, kuo9 reserves the right to retain any balance in that Account pending investigation. Where no breach is found, balances will be returned to the Player via their most recently used payment method. Account closures resulting from verified fraud or Restricted Activity will result in permanent forfeiture of all balances.

A Player who wishes to voluntarily close their Account for any reason may do so by contacting kuo9 support at [email protected]. Voluntary closure requests will be processed within five business days. Any real-money balance at the time of voluntary closure will be returned to the Player following standard KYC verification.

11 Responsible Gaming

kuo9 is committed to promoting responsible gaming. We believe that betting and casino gaming should be an entertaining leisure activity and should never be used as a means of generating income or recovering financial losses. kuo9 provides the following responsible gaming tools to all registered players:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits from within their Account settings.
• Session Time Reminders: Players may configure automatic reminders that alert them after a specified period of continuous play.
• Cooling-Off Period: Players may apply a temporary cooling-off period of between 24 hours and 6 weeks, during which Account access and all betting activity is suspended.
• Self-Exclusion: Players who believe their gaming has become problematic may request a permanent or long-term self-exclusion, during which the Account will be closed and cannot be reopened.

12 Intellectual Property

All content on the kuo9 Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, software, game interfaces, and the overall look and feel of the Platform, is the intellectual property of kuo9 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, transmit, display, publish, create derivative works from, or otherwise exploit any content on the Platform without the express prior written consent of kuo9.

13 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, kuo9 and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or business interruption.

kuo9's total aggregate liability to any Player in connection with any single claim arising from these Terms or use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

kuo9 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. kuo9 makes no warranty regarding the accuracy or completeness of any information on the Platform, including odds, scores, or statistical data provided for informational purposes.

14 Privacy & Data Protection

kuo9 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is available at kuo9.io/privacy-policy. By registering an Account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. kuo9 uses industry-standard 256-bit SSL encryption to protect all data transmitted between your device and the Platform.

kuo9 will not sell your personal data to third parties for commercial purposes. Your data may be shared with third-party service providers where necessary for the operation of the Platform (including payment processors, KYC verification providers, and game studios) and where legally required by applicable regulatory or law enforcement authorities.

15 Amendments to These Terms

kuo9 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon publication on the Platform. Where changes are material, kuo9 will make reasonable efforts to notify registered Players via email or a notice on the Platform's login screen. It is your responsibility to review these Terms regularly.

Your continued use of the Platform following the publication of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree to any amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and contact support to close your Account.

16 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the jurisdiction in which kuo9 operates. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Platform that cannot be resolved informally through kuo9 customer support shall be referred to binding arbitration.

Before initiating any formal dispute process, you agree to contact kuo9 support at [email protected] and allow kuo9 a period of 30 days to attempt to resolve the matter informally. kuo9 aims to respond to all formal dispute notices within five business days.
